Privacy Policy for Notion Database To CSV

Notion Database To CSV is a Chrome extension that helps users export visible Notion database tables to CSV files.

Data Access and Use

This extension only reads visible table content from the current Notion page when the user actively starts an export, Smart Export, or export to the browser's default downloads folder. The data is used locally to generate a CSV file.

The extension may store user-created export settings locally in the browser, such as table names, selected export folder configuration, and the Notion page identifier used to match a saved table preset with the current Notion page for Smart Export.

Data Sharing

This extension does not upload, sell, share, or transfer user data to any server or third party.

Remote Code

This extension does not use remote code. All JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and localization files are included in the extension package.

File Export

When exporting to a preset folder, a local CSV file with the same name may be overwritten. Users should confirm that the target file can be replaced before exporting.

Smart Export

Smart Export uses the saved local table configuration and the current Notion page identifier to choose the matching table name and export folder from the extension panel.

Limited Use

The use of user data is limited to the extension’s single purpose: exporting the currently visible Notion database table to a CSV file. The extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
